Jelmer Schütte is a music industry executive with more than ten years across the business, from the label side to the infrastructure underneath it. Releases and catalogue, distribution and DSP supply chain, rights and royalties, and the platforms that move music into more than 100 markets.
He is Chief Operating Officer at SonoSuite, a B2B distribution platform used by labels, distributors and DSPs, where he runs operations: content and quality control, trust and safety, and the company’s AI programme.
Before SonoSuite he co-founded Great News, a Dutch distributor and label services company, and led it as managing director, with full P&L and royalty accounting built in-house. Alongside it he headed the label at Magnetron Music. Earlier, operations for label and distributor clients at FUGA, and label management at Rush Hour in Amsterdam.
He is a member of DDEX and the Music Fights Fraud Alliance, and is based in Amsterdam.
